Exchange & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver quality products to our customers.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preferences
  • Ordering by mistake

Please review product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Exchange Process

After verification of the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Exchange Requests

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Used, washed, or altered products

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The replacement item is unavailable.
  • The ordered item cannot be fulfilled.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
